Current job openings:

1. Trainee Engineer

• Qualification: B.Tech. in Civil / M.Tech. in Transportation Engineering from a reputed institute
• Experience: 0-2 years
• Role: Interested in working in highway / structure design with knowledge of Quantity calculation, rate analysis, and preparation of BOQ.

2. Management Trainee: Business Development

• Qualification: MBA with a major in Marketing and a minor in Finance from a reputed institute. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering will be an added advantage.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome
• Role: Business development with a focus on marketing and financial analysis.

3. Project Coordinator

• Qualification: B. Tech. in Civil
• Experience: 8-10 years
• Role: Project coordination and liaison, with experience in understanding contract agreements, technical schedules, and project-related correspondence.

4. Engineer: Planning

• Qualification: B. Tech. in Civil
• Experience: 5-7 years
• Role: Preparation of construction programs, coordination with Project Managers, DPR, WPR, MPR analysis, and budget tracking.

5. Engineer: Monitoring

• Qualification: B. Tech. in Civil
• Experience: 5-7 years
• Role: project monitoring, preparation of project progress reports, and other required reports.

6. Executive/Senior Executive, HR

• Qualification: MBA-HR (full time) from a reputed institute.
• Experience: 4-6 years
• Role: Responsible for HR processes, including Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, PMS, employee engagement activities, Learning & Development Activities.

Location: Ahmedabad (Head Office)
