Key Responsibilities
Stone & Flooring Works
- High-precision installation of Marble, Kota Stone, Cobble Stone, Tiles, and Paver Blocks.
- Ensure quality and finishing standards are maintained across project areas.
RCC & Structural Finishing
- Manage RCC finishing works.
- Supervise the creation of high-quality flooring pathways and related finishing activities.
Landscape & Site Development
- Oversee horticulture and landscape-related activities.
- Ensure proper aesthetic integration of site features and development works.
Project Scope
The selected professionals may be responsible for finishing activities across diverse project zones, including:
- Cultural Lawns & Historical Pathways
- Adventure Play Areas & Kids’ Splash Pools
- Food Courts & Sunken Seating Lawns
- Fort Plazas & Beach Sand Viewpoints
