1. Senior Design & Review Expert

Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering with minimum 8 years’ experience in design works pertaining to construction industry during the last 20 years

OR

• Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years’ experience in design works pertaining to construction industry.

2. Chief Surveyor cum AutoCAD Expert

Qualification:

• Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years in survey, AutoCAD, preparation of GAD, ESP/SIP, structural drawings, LWR plans and related construction activities.

3. Chief Estimation Expert

Qualification:

• Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years in estimation related to construction projects.

4. Senior Tender Expert

Qualification:

• Graduate

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years Railway experience in tenders related to Railway projects.

5. Contract Management Expert

Qualification:

• Graduate Degree with minimum 5 years experience

OR

• Diploma with minimum 7 years experience

Discipline:

• Civil / Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering

Additional Requirement:

• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Applications and related software.

6. Sector Expert (Tenders)

Qualification:

• Graduate with minimum 5 years Railway experience

OR

• Diploma with minimum 7 years Railway experience

Requirement:

• Experience in handling Railway tenders and computer applications.

7. Sector Expert (Stores)

Qualification:

• Graduate with minimum 5 years Railway experience

OR

• Diploma with minimum 7 years Railway experience

Experience:

• Inventory management, store operations, bills & MB handling.

8. Design / Estimation / Drawing Expert

Qualification:

• Degree in Civil / Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years in design, drawing and estimation works.

9. Sector Expert (Works)

Qualification:

• Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years experience

OR

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years experience

Experience:

• Railway Project Execution.

10. Sector Expert (S&T)

Qualification:

• Graduate Degree in Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 7 years experience

OR

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering with minimum 10 years experience

Experience:

• Railway / Metro / RRTS / HSR / DFCCIL / RVNL / RITES / IRCON projects.

11. Surveyor cum AutoCAD Expert

Qualification:

• Graduate with minimum 3 years experience

OR

• Diploma with minimum 5 years experience

Experience:

• Survey, AutoCAD, GAD, ESP/SIP, structural drawings and LWR plans.

12. Project Scheduler & Data Operator

Qualification:

• PGDCA or Degree in Construction Management

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years

Skills:

• MSP, Primavera, spreadsheets, presentation software, PMP Certification preferred.

13. Law cum Arbitration Expert

Qualification:

• LL.B.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years practice at Bar

Expertise:

• Tenders, Contracts, Arbitration, Land Acquisition and Service Matters.

14. Railway Operation & Safety Expert

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years as Chief DTI / Traffic Inspector / Assistant Station Manager or above in Railways.

15. Land Acquisition Expert

Qualification:

• Graduate with minimum 5 years experience

OR

• Diploma / Intermediate with minimum 7 years experience

Experience:

• Land acquisition, surveys, government proposals and liaison activities.

16. Architect

Qualification:

• B.Arch from recognized university

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years in building and structural projects.

17. Book Keeper / Bill Assistant / Tender Assistant / Stores Assistant

Qualification:

• Graduate with minimum 3 years experience

OR

• Diploma with minimum 5 years experience

Skills:

• File management and office administration with computer knowledge.

18. Stenographer cum Computer Operator

Qualification:

• Graduate with minimum 3 years experience

OR

• Diploma with minimum 5 years experience

Skills:

• Shorthand, Typing, Computer Applications

Typing Speed:

• Minimum 30 WPM.

19. Office Attendant / Watchman / Office Security

Qualification:

• Minimum 8th Pass

Experience:

• Housekeeping and office support services.

Preferred Experience

Candidates having experience in:

• Railway Projects
• Metro Rail Projects
• Bridge & Infrastructure Projects
• Survey & AutoCAD Works
• Contract Management
• Tendering & Estimation
• Land Acquisition
• Railway Signalling & Telecommunication (S&T)

will be preferred.
