1. Project Director
- Qualification: Civil Engineer
- Experience: 25+ years in Building & Factories
- Responsibilities: Should have managed multiple projects with a cumulative value of ₹800 Cr or more in a given year.
- Location: South India
2. Project Manager
- Qualification: Civil Engineer
- Experience: 15+ years
- Responsibilities: Must have independently completed at least 2 projects with a minimum value of ₹150 Cr each.
- Location: South India
3. Planning Manager / Engineer
- Qualification: Civil Engineer
- Experience: 5-15 years in Building Projects
- Skills: Hands-on experience with MSP (Microsoft Project) and Primavera is a must.
- Location: South India
