1. DGM/AGM – Project Head
- Location: Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 20–25 years
- Project Experience: Large-scale Building/EPC projects
- Additional Requirement: Experience with projects of 2 million+ sq. ft. / ₹800 Cr+
- Experience Required: Structural steel fabrication & erection of 8,000 MT+ and composite steel construction
- Preferred Experience: 30+ floor high-rise projects and specialised formwork
- Skills: Project planning, commercial and contract management
- Preferred: Government liaison / large EPC experience
- Language: Telugu fluency desirable
2. Project Manager
- Location: Hyderabad
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 20–25 years
- Background: Reputed contracting organisations
- Expertise: Project execution, contract and commercial management
- Project Experience: High-value MEPF General Contract / Design & Build projects
- Skills: Cost, timelines, quality, HSE and profitability management
- Preferred: High-rise and commercial project experience
- Additional Skills: Client, vendor, subcontractor and team management
3. Head – MEPF Projects
- Location: Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 20–25 years
- Background: MEPF Contracting / Turnkey Contracting / EPC
- Project Experience: Handling projects of ₹250–300 Cr+
- Expertise: HVAC, HT/LT Electrical, ELV, Fire Fighting, BMS, PHE, STP/WTP and utilities
- Team Management: Experience leading 20–30+ member teams
- Skills: Commercial, contractual and stakeholder management
- Preferred: Government project and Indian project execution experience
4. Head – Facade
- Location: Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 15–20+ years
- Expertise: Façade engineering, manufacturing, installation and project management
- Project Experience: Large-scale façade projects
- Technical Exposure: VMU & PMU planning, testing and approvals
- Project Types: High-rise, commercial, mixed-use and institutional projects
- Additional Experience: Façade manufacturing and assembly operations
- Skills: Planning, procurement, quality, safety and project delivery
5. Head – Planning
- Location: Hyderabad – Regional Office
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 20–25 years
- Background: Reputed contracting organisations
- Project Experience: High-value commercial and high-rise projects
- Software: Primavera P6 & MS Project with Resource Loading
- Expertise: Project monitoring, scheduling, project controls and performance management
- Responsibilities: Identifying project bottlenecks and driving corrective actions
- Skills: Stakeholder coordination, communication and team management
- Preferred: Master’s in Project Management
- Mandatory: SAP knowledge
