1. Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Civil
- Experience: 6–10 years
- Qualification: Diploma / Civil Engineering (Full Time)
- Project: Building Projects
- Location: Any project across Eastern India
- Preferred Experience: Building projects, preferably with Civil Construction Contracting Company
- Responsibilities: Execution and supervision of civil works as per drawings, specifications and project schedule
- Coordination: Consultants, subcontractors and site teams
- Key Requirements: Quality, safety, progress monitoring, MIS/reporting and site issue resolution
- Knowledge: Building construction practices, relevant codes, contractual requirements and site documentation
2. Foreman – Civil
- Experience: 5–15 years
- Qualification: ITI or below
- Project: Building Projects
- Location: Any project across Eastern India
- Preferred Experience: Building projects, preferably with Civil Construction Contracting Company
- Responsibilities: Supervision of day-to-day civil construction activities
- Team Management: Masons, helpers and other workmen
- Key Requirements: Drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety and housekeeping
- Coordination: Engineer / Sr. Engineer
- Additional Requirement: Proper utilization of materials, tools and resources
