Open Positions
1. Project Director
- Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Total Experience: 25–30 Years
Mandatory Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Director in GCC countries.
- Proven experience managing projects through the complete project lifecycle.
2. Construction Director
- Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Total Experience: 22–25 Years
Mandatory Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Director in GCC countries.
- Experience delivering large-scale building projects from start to completion.
3. Project Manager
- Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Total Experience: 20–25 Years
Mandatory Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in GCC countries.
- Successful delivery of one or more complete construction projects.
4. Contracts Manager
- Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying (QS)
- Total Experience: 15–20 Years
Preferred Qualification:
- MRICS Certification preferred.
Mandatory Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Contracts Manager or Contracts Administrator in GCC countries.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must:
- Have a minimum of 5 years in the same leadership role within the GCC.
- Have successfully managed one or more projects through the complete project lifecycle.
- Possess strong leadership, contract management, and project execution experience.
