- Qualification:- Full time B. Tech / B.E- Civil
- Experience:- 16-20 yrs (10 yrs Gulf)- Manager / 11-15 yrs (5 yrs Gulf)- Project Engineer / 6-10 yrs (3 yrs Gulf)-Site Engineer of experience in Villas/ Hotels / Malls / Multi Storey / High Rise building with high finish. Gulf experience is mandatory.
- Ability to understand the entire life cycle of a project on an end to end basis. Knowledge of General Construction Methods, Technology and Practices .

- Ability to create a Baseline Schedule and develop level 4 / 5 including resources / cost loading of the schedule. Ability to prepare Delay Analysis & EOT Claims. Must be an expert in Primavera 6 .

- Qualification:- Full Time Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field .
- Experience:- 10-15 (5yrs Gulf) years of experience in Construction field .
- Manage supplies, establish operation or delivery plans, monitor the functioning of logistical support departments and oversee staff. Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
☑️ Candidates should converse in English & Hindi and must have basic knowledge of computers.
