1. Assistant Manager / Manager – Statutory Compliance, Legal & Industrial Relations (IR)

  • Qualification:
    • LLB / HR / Commerce / Business Administration
    • MBA / PGDM / Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations (Preferred)
    • Diploma in Labour Laws / Industrial Relations (Preferred)
  • Experience:
    • Assistant Manager: 6–10 Years
    • Manager: 10–15 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle statutory compliance and labour law matters.
  • Manage legal documentation and Industrial Relations (IR).
  • Coordinate with government departments and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies.

2. Assistant Manager / Manager – General Administration

  • Qualification:
    • Graduate (Mandatory)
    • MBA / PGDM in Administration, Operations, or HR (Preferred)
  • Experience:
    • Assistant Manager: 6–10 Years
    • Manager: 10–15 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate administration and facility operations.
  • Coordinate vendor management and office administration.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functions.
  • Support operational and business activities.

3. HR Executive / Senior Executive – Payroll & Onboarding

  • Qualification:
    • BBA
    • MBA (HR)
    • MHRM
    • MSW
    • Knowledge of Payroll & Statutory Compliance (Preferred)
  • Experience: 4–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing and employee onboarding.
  • Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
  • Coordinate recruitment support and joining formalities.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
