Engineer – Billing & Planning
- Location: Darbhanga, Bihar
- Project: Railway Station Project

Job Description:
We are seeking a candidate with experience in Railway Station/Metro Station/Commercial buildings construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project scheduling, tracking, delay analysis, and effective planning to ensure timely project completion. Key responsibilities include:
- In-depth knowledge & exposure to Primavera/MSP for project scheduling, tracking, delay analysis, WBS, etc.
- Facilitate timely project completion through planning and monitoring.
- Ensure timely procurement of major bought-out items through effective planning.
- Prepare monthly material requirement schedule and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, construction managers, project managers, and site teams.
- Prepare project execution plan (PEP) and logistic plan.
- Review proposed construction programs and execution plans.
- Raise RFI (Request for Information) in a timely manner.
- Handle contract management and budget preparation.
Requirements:
- Experience in Railway Station/Metro Station/Commercial buildings construction projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera/MSP for project scheduling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
