1. Project In-Charge (AGM / GM)

• Senior leadership role for project execution and management.

2. Project Manager

• Responsible for overall planning, execution, and timely delivery of projects.

3. Senior Site Engineer

• Experience in site execution, quality control, and project coordination.

4. Site Engineer

• Responsible for day-to-day civil construction activities and site supervision.

5. QS Engineer

• Quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, billing, and cost management.

6. Safety Officer

• Ensure compliance with EHS standards, safety audits, toolbox talks, and statutory regulations.

7. Safety Steward

• Support site safety activities and monitor safety compliance.

8. Store Officer

• Manage material inventory, stock records, and store operations.

9. Store Assistant

• Assist in material handling, inventory management, and documentation.

10. Civil Supervisor

• Supervise daily construction activities, labour management, and site progress.

11. Foreman – Rebar / Formwork

• Supervise reinforcement, shuttering, and formwork activities at project sites.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant qualification and experience as per the position applied for.
• Experience in Residential, High-Rise, or Building Construction Projects will be preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge, leadership, project execution, and coordination skills are desirable.
