1. Civil Engineer
- Experience: 3–6 Years
- Location: Mumbai, India
- Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Project Experience: Site development projects
- Key Skills: Autodesk Civil 3D, site geometric layout, grading, stormwater drainage, sanitary sewer design, water/fire water layout
- Preferred: Experience with Storm and Sanitary Analysis
- Responsibilities: Civil engineering design for site development projects, including access roads, parking, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer and water systems
- Software: Autodesk Civil 3D
- Additional Requirement: Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Work Timing: Should be flexible to work in evening hours for communication with U.S. teams

2. Mechanical Engineer
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Location: Mumbai, India
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field
- Project Type: Industrial and high-tech manufacturing facilities
- Key Skills: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM Coordination, PIPE-FLO
- Responsibilities: Mechanical design, Revit modelling, construction documentation, BIM coordination and clash detection
- Systems: Industrial/domestic piping, plumbing, HVAC ducting, chillers, boilers, exhaust systems, fire protection and other mechanical building systems
- BIM: Experience with multi-discipline BIM coordination and clash detection
- Navisworks: 3+ years of experience required
- English: Strong communication skills and fluency in English required
- Work Timing: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM IST and 8:00 PM–12:00 AM IST

3. ERP Support Analyst
- Experience: 5–7 Years
- Location: Mumbai, India
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or Computer Science
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of related enterprise software administration and implementation experience
- Key Skills: ERP systems support, Excel, data validation, data migration, system testing, system integration, dashboard and reporting
- ERP: Deltek Vantagepoint experience required
- Responsibilities: ERP system support, user account management, data entry and validation, reporting, technical support, system testing, training and documentation
- Additional Experience: ERP configuration, optimization, upgrades, change control and support analysis
- Reporting: Dashboard and reporting experience in Vantagepoint
- Work Type: Permanent, full-time remote role
- Work Timing: U.S. shift – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
4. Mechanical Department Manager
- Experience: 20–22 Years
- Location: Mumbai, India
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Related Experience: Minimum 20 years of mechanical engineering experience
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years in a leadership or people-management role
- Project Exposure: Industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, battery, pharmaceutical, data center, healthcare, institutional and commercial projects
- Client Exposure: Experience leading teams delivering projects for U.S.-based clients
- Responsibilities: Lead the Mechanical Engineering Department, develop teams, manage staffing, provide technical leadership and ensure quality project delivery
- Team Management: Leadership of a department of 20+ FTEs supporting U.S. projects
- Technical Areas: HVAC, plumbing, process piping, industrial ventilation, exhaust systems, hydronic systems, compressed air, gases and mechanical utilities
- Software: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and mechanical design/analysis software preferred
- BIM/VDC: Drive BIM, VDC, model-based coordination, automation and digital technologies
- Business Development: Support proposals, scope development, fee estimates, qualifications packages and client presentations
- Leadership: Develop, recruit, mentor, retain and motivate technical teams
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- International Exposure: Experience working with international teams across cultures and time zones
- Professional Qualification: Professional Engineer licensure preferred, or ability to support projects under licensed U.S. mechanical professionals
