Job Description (Fresher – Diploma, Electrical/Mechanical):

• Candidate screening & selection process based on academic criteria (55% throughout in 10th, Diploma aggregate %)
• Electrical/Mechanical Diploma, 2022 & 2023 pass-out candidates only
• Male candidates preferred for site operations
• Job location flexibility: Readiness to be deputed at remote OMS site locations in 8 states where Suzlon operates in India

Candidate Screening & Selection Process:

• Academic Criteria Screening: Minimum 55% aggregate throughout (10th, Diploma).
• Eligibility: Diploma holders in Electrical/Mechanical, graduated in 2022 & 2023.
• Preference for Male Candidates: Preferred for site operations; age of 18 years complete on the day of selection.
• Job Location Flexibility: Willingness to be deputed at remote OMS site locations across 8 states where Suzlon operates in India (Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka).

Trainee Engineer Categories & Package:

• Designation: DTE Diploma Trainee Engineer (M2 level)
• CTC: INR 2.00 lakh per annum
• Additional Benefits: Bachelor shared accommodation, canteen facilities, site transport provided by Suzlon. Travel reimbursement, annual increments, and incentives as per applicable policy.
• Training Program: 6 weeks comprehensive training program consisting of 3 weeks classroom training followed by 3 weeks of On-the-Job Training (OJT).
