3. Quality Control Engineer
- Experience: Minimum 5 Years
- Requirement: Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
- Additional Requirement: Experience in High-Rise Buildings is required.
4. Safety Officer
- Experience: Minimum 5 Years
- Key Requirements: Sound knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment and emergency response.
5. Site Supervisor
- Experience: Minimum 5 Years
- Requirement: Relevant experience in the Construction field.
6. Store Keeper
- Experience: Minimum 4 Years
- Requirement: Construction site experience.
- Additional Advantage: Knowledge of ERP will be an advantage.
7. Billing Engineer
- Experience: Minimum 5 Years
- Requirement: Experience in Real Estate Projects.
- Key Skills: BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis, RA Bills and final billing.
