1. Sr. Billing & Planning Engineer
- Vacancies: 04 Nos
- Location: Ahmedabad, Sanand (GJ)
- Qualification: B.Tech./BE/DE
- Experience: 5 to 10 Yrs.
- Essential Expertise: Advance estimation & planning, Client Billing, Vendors Billing, Labour Billing, Cost Control, Rate analysis preparation, Knowledge of BOQ, DSR, 1OWS, SOR, Value Engineering, Advance Procurement Planning, Good Communication Skills, Auto-CAD, MS-Office, MS- Projects, Bar-chart Preparation, WBS, DLR, DPR, WPR, MPR, MIS Reports, Weekly & Monthly planning.
2. Jr. Billing & Planning Engineer
- Vacancies: 05 Nos
- Location: Ahmedabad, Dahej, Sanand (GJ)
- Qualification: B.Tech./BE/DE
- Experience: 2 to 5 Yrs.
- Essential Expertise: Estimation, Client Billing, Vendors Billing. Labour Billing, Rate analysis preparation, Knowledge of BOQ, DSR, IOWs, SOR, Good Communication Skills, Auto-CAD, MS-Office, MS-Projects. WBS, DLR, DPR, WPR, MPR, MIS Reports, Weekly & Monthly planning.
Experience & Knowledge
Candidates must have relevant Knowledge of Industrial/Construction/Real Estate/Infra Projects.
- Bill preparation, certification from TPI auditor/PMC/client,
- Knowledge of IS codes & Quality standards,
- Monitoring site for cost control, invoice processing, Systematic documentations,
- Strong follow-up skills for Work, Planned Targets, Bills, Payments.
- Forecasting ability of work, planning, & Billing.
- Minimum Billing & Planning Experience of 2 Industrial projects of civil work cost +20 Cr.
