Qualification
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- ITI
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
Experience
- 5–15 Years in Construction or Infrastructure Projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor manpower, subcontractors, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Read and interpret construction drawings.
- Resolve site-level technical issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project records.
- Supervise concreting, reinforcement, shuttering, finishing, and related civil works.
