The company is hiring professionals for site execution, construction, quality, MEP, facade, billing, planning, safety, design, contracts, quantity surveying, formwork, procurement and other project functions.
Candidates must have hands-on experience in High-Rise Building Construction Projects and will be responsible for execution, supervision, quality control and coordination of site activities to ensure project delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma
- Experience: 3 to 25 Years
- Mandatory experience in High-Rise Building Construction Projects.
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, structural drawings and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD and basic project management tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute civil construction activities for high-rise residential, commercial or mixed-use building projects.
- Monitor day-to-day site progress and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, MEP, subcontractors and consultants for seamless project execution.
- Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, materials, machinery and resources at site.
- Conduct quantity verification, work measurements and certification of subcontractor bills.
- Maintain project documentation including DPRs, progress reports, inspection records and site registers.
- Ensure adherence to Tata Projects quality, safety and environmental standards during project execution.
