1. Manager – Plumbing (MEP)
- Department: MEP
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Relevant Qualification
- Experience: 15+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage plumbing and MEP execution activities.
- Coordinate with project teams and contractors.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of MEP works.
2. Deputy Manager – QS
- Department: QS & Planning
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 12+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quantity surveying and commercial activities.
- Manage client billing, contractor billing, BOQs, and cost control.
- Monitor project budgets and commercial documentation.
3. Senior Engineer – QS
- Department: QS & Planning
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 7+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs.
- Handle billing, reconciliation, and cost estimation.
