Position: Technical Officer Trainee (TOT)
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum 60% marks in:
- B.Sc. (Non-Medical), or
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics), or
- M.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics – PCM)
Minimum 70% marks in 10th and 12th standard
Selection Process:
- Written Test (PCM, General Knowledge, Aptitude)
- Group Discussion
- Personal Interview
Compensation:
- CTC: ₹3.8 LPA + Performance Incentives
- Retention Allowance: ₹1 Lakh after 3 years of continuous service
Training & Placement:
- Training Period: 1 year
- Departments: Candidates will be placed across various technical departments based on performance and aptitude
