• Sr. Manager / Manager (QS & Billing): 12-17 years
• Sr. Manager / Manager (Contracts & Procurement): 12-15 years
• Project Managers (Tower In-charge): 12-15 years
• Sr. Structural Engineer: 5-8 years
• Sr. Civil Engineer: 5-8 years
• Finishing Engineer’s Civil: 5-8 years
• Design Coordinator (Site): 5-8 years
• Architect (3Ds Max rendering): 5-8 years

MEP Engineers (with MIVAN Residential Experience)

• AGM/Sr. Manager (MEP): 16-18 years
• Manager / Deputy Manager (MEP): 10-12 years
• Plumbing Supervisors: 4-8 years
• Electrical Supervisors: 4-8 years

Health, Safety, Environment

• Manager (HSE): 12-15 years
• Officer (Safety): 5-8 years
• Safety Stewards: 1-2 years

QA/QC Engineers – Site Execution

• Sr. Manager / Manager (QA/QC): 15-20 years
• Engineer / Sr. Engineer (QA/QC): 4-8 years

Supervisors / Foremen – MIVAN Form Work

• Steel Foreman: 6-10 years
• Shuttering Foreman: 6-10 years
• Civil Structural Supervisors: 5-8 years
• Finishing Supervisors: 5-8 years

Stores – Site Execution

• Manager (Stores): 12-15 years
• Stores Assistant / Executive: 4-6 years
