Open Positions

1. PROJECT MANAGERS / SENIOR PROJECT MANAGERS / GENERAL MANAGER (PROJECTS)

• Qualification & Experience: 15 to 25 Years (10 years in a Contracting Company)
• Full-time Diploma/BE/BTech. (Civil)
• Job Description/Skills: Oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects, ensure work completion on time and within budget, organize logistics, delegate work, and track spending. Accountable for the entire project scope, project team, resources, and project success.

2. MANAGER (MEP)

• Qualification & Experience: 10 to 15 Years
• Full-time Diploma/BE/BTech. (Electrical/Mechanical)
• Job Description/Skills: MEP execution and site coordination, electrical, mechanical & plumbing services, able to execute and supervise the work as per approved drawings/plan.

3. ENGINEERS / SENIOR ENGINEERS / DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGERS (EXECUTION)

• Qualification & Experience: 7 to 12 Years
• Full-time Diploma / BE / BTech. (Civil)
• Job Description/Skills: Independently handle RCC work and civil construction, monitor labor, finishing work tiling, false ceiling, services coordination, etc.

4. ENGINEERS / SENIOR ENGINEERS / DEPUTY MANAGERS / SENIOR MANAGERS (QUANTITY SURVEYOR)

• Qualification & Experience: 7 to 15 Years
• Full-time Diploma / BE / BTech. (Civil)
• Job Description/Skills: Handle quantities / BOQ preparations, cost estimates, handle contractual issues, rate analysis, billing, variation and claims, budget control, physical checks.

5. ENGINEERS / SENIOR ENGINEERS / DEPUTY MANAGERS / SENIOR MANAGERS (Planning)

• Experience: 7 to 15 Years
• Full-time Diploma / BE / BTech. (Civil)
• Job Description/Skills: Ability to compile all technical and commercial specifications, working knowledge of MS-Project, Primavera, BIM, and AutoCAD.

6. SENIOR EXECUTIVE (EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT)

• Qualification & Experience: 4 to 7 Years
• Any Graduate/Post Graduate
• Job Description/Skills: Conceptualize, plan, and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and fun activities.
