1. Principal Engineer – Structural Engineering
Experience: 15–17 years
Location: Bengaluru, India
Qualification: Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline
Experience Required: Minimum 15 years of practical experience in structural design for building structures
Experience in RCC and steel structures for transport and infrastructure projects
Infrastructure, plant and facilities building experience preferred
Chartered Engineer status through MIStructE/HKIE(str) is mandatory
Knowledge of Hong Kong/British/European standards
Experience with ETABS, SADS, SAP2000, SAFE and Prokon
AutoCAD/BIM knowledge preferred
Strong English communication skills
Responsibilities include structural analysis, design calculations, design reports, structural plans and specifications
Coordination with multidisciplinary teams and supervision of junior engineers is required.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Professional certification/registration such as RICS or CIOB is mandatory
15+ years of relevant experience in consulting, general contracting or QS firms
Experience in quantity surveying for complex construction projects
Knowledge of capital budgeting, cash flow and escalation indices
Experience in quantity take-offs for Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting works
Experience in cost planning, feasibility studies and value engineering
Knowledge of CostX/Estimator or equivalent software
Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM
Experience managing a team of 4–6 resources
Responsibilities include quantity take-off, cost planning, quantity variance reports, cost database management and support for value engineering assignments.
Qualification: Master’s degree in Highway or Transportation Engineering or related field
Over 15 years of highway engineering experience
Experience in UK Highways or Local Government infrastructure design
Experience managing complex road/highway projects
Chartered status/CEng from a recognised professional institute or currently pursuing it
Strong knowledge of UK standards, design guidance and legislation
Experience with Civil 3D and OpenRoads
Strong project and resource management skills
Experience managing teams of up to 15 technical staff
Responsibilities include project leadership, technical delivery, team management, client coordination, quality management and business development support.
