Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in US / US-based projects OR Indian Data Centre / Airport projects
- Hands-on experience with:
- RFI
- BOQ
- Submittals
- Strong knowledge of:
- Quantity take-offs
- Estimation & Quantity Surveying
- Ability to interpret:
- Construction drawings
- Specifications
- Shop drawings
- Familiarity with:
- CostX
- ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
- PlanSwift
