Key Responsibilities
The Planning & Billing Engineer will be responsible for:
- Preparing project schedules and monitoring project progress.
- Preparing and submitting Client RA Bills for MSEDCL / DISCOM.
- Verifying Joint Measurements (JMC) and executed quantities.
- Preparing, verifying and certifying Subcontractor RA Bills.
- Reconciling client and subcontractor billing quantities.
- Coordinating with site execution teams for quantity verification.
- Maintaining billing records, MIS reports and project documentation.
- Following up on bill approvals and payments.
- Supporting variation claims and ensuring contract compliance.
- Tracking and reconciling DTC materials, Bay materials and issued quantities for billing purposes.

Candidate Requirements

- Candidates with exposure to 11 KV / 33 KV HT-LT Lines, DTR and Distribution Networks will be preferred.
- Applicants should have knowledge of client and subcontractor billing, quantity verification and project planning.
- Experience with MSEDCL / DISCOM billing will be relevant to the position.
