Preferred Project Experience

Candidates with practical experience in the following areas will be preferred:

  • RDSS Projects
  • Power Distribution Projects
  • 11 KV & 33 KV HT/LT Lines
  • DTR Works
  • Distribution Network Works
  • MSEDCL / DISCOM Billing

Key Responsibilities

The Planning & Billing Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Preparing project schedules and monitoring project progress.
  • Preparing and submitting Client RA Bills for MSEDCL / DISCOM.
  • Verifying Joint Measurements (JMC) and executed quantities.
  • Preparing, verifying and certifying Subcontractor RA Bills.
  • Reconciling client and subcontractor billing quantities.
  • Coordinating with site execution teams for quantity verification.
  • Maintaining billing records, MIS reports and project documentation.
  • Following up on bill approvals and payments.
  • Supporting variation claims and ensuring contract compliance.
  • Tracking and reconciling DTC materials, Bay materials and issued quantities for billing purposes.

Candidate Requirements

  • Candidates with exposure to 11 KV / 33 KV HT-LT Lines, DTR and Distribution Networks will be preferred.
  • Applicants should have knowledge of client and subcontractor billing, quantity verification and project planning.
  • Experience with MSEDCL / DISCOM billing will be relevant to the position.
