The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing maps, reports, tests, drawings and other project data.
Carrying out technical and feasibility studies and preparing blueprints according to technical specifications.
Assessing potential risks, materials and project costs.
Providing technical advice and resolving emerging problems or deficiencies.
Overseeing and mentoring staff and coordinating with different stakeholders.
Handling completed structures and services for use.
Monitoring project progress and preparing project status reports.
Managing budgets and purchasing equipment and materials.
Ensuring compliance with permits, safety guidelines, regulations and required technical documentation.

Candidates should have:

Good knowledge of Billings
Knowledge of CAD
Knowledge of Interior and Field Work
Ability to independently manage a project site
Ability to collect quotations at reasonable prices
Knowledge of Budgeting and Estimation
Good command of English
Ability to handle labour and contractors
Ability to prepare and present estimates in project reports to higher authorities
