1. QS – Rate Reconciliation & Billing
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify contractor billing and client invoices.
- Perform rate reconciliation and quantity verification.
- Maintain billing records and coordinate with project teams.
- Ensure timely preparation of running account (RA) bills.
2. Senior QS – BBS
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Verify reinforcement quantities and optimize steel consumption.
- Coordinate with site execution teams and consultants.
- Ensure accurate quantity estimation and reporting.
3. Senior QS – Structure & Finishing
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Measure structural and finishing work quantities.
- Prepare BOQs, contractor bills, and cost reports.
- Monitor project costs and support commercial activities.
- Coordinate with execution and planning teams.
4. Senior QS – MEP
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity estimates and billing for MEP works.
- Verify MEP BOQs and contractor measurements.
- Support cost control and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with MEP execution teams.
5. Stores Incharge
- Experience: 5–6 Years
- Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Manage material receipt, storage, and issue.
- Maintain inventory records and stock registers.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams.
- Ensure proper material handling and storage.
6. Inventory Head
- Experience: 10–12 Years
- Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Lead inventory planning and material management.
- Monitor stock levels and optimize inventory control.
- Develop inventory reports and ensure material availability.
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, and project departments.
7. Stores Executive
- Experience: 1–3 Years
- Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily stock records and inventory transactions.
- Assist in material receipt and issuance.
- Support store documentation and inventory audits.
- Coordinate with site and procurement teams.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates should possess a Diploma, B.E./B.Tech, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the position applied for.
- Quantity Surveying, Billing, and Engineering positions require qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in High-Rise Residential Projects is mandatory.
- Candidates should possess relevant experience for the respective role.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, billing, BBS, MEP, inventory management, or store operations is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills are desirable.
