Eligibility & Experience
• Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering
• Certifications in Tendering / Estimation / Project Management – Preferred
• Experience: 10 – 15+ Years in Tendering, Costing & Estimation (T&D Projects mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
• Study and analyse tender documents in detail
• Prepare technical & commercial tender submissions
• Coordinate with technical teams for scope, planning & costing
• Ensure compliance with client, legal & quality requirements
• Manage end-to-end tender submission process
• Maintain tender databases and documentation
Required Skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & tendering software
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail & deadline management
