1. Manager / Sr. Manager – Architect
- Location: Jodhpur Site & Regional Office, Mumbai
- Qualification: B. Arch with 10+ years of experience in building projects.
- Responsibilities: Overseeing design and design coordination at the site, preparing working plans, coordinating with consultants, clients, and site engineers, and more.
2. Draughtsman – Design
- Location: Jodhpur Site
- Qualification: ITI in Draughtsman with 5+ years of experience in building projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, designing, and studying drawings, knowledge of safety and structure regulations.
3. Dy. / Sr. / Construction / Manager – Execution
- Location: Patna & Jodhpur Site
- Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech-Civil with 10+ years of experience.
- Responsibilities: Managing all aspects of a construction project, planning execution, ensuring safety standards, and quality control.
4. Engineer – Execution
- Location: Multiple sites, Pan India
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech-Civil with 5+ years of experience.
- Responsibilities: Ensuring timely execution, adherence to safety and quality standards, and maintaining records.
5. QA/QC Engineer
- Location: Jodhpur Site
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech-Civil with 5+ years of experience.
- Responsibilities: Managing finishing works, documentation, ensuring compliance with PQP, IS codes, and contract specifications.
6. Formwork Engineer
- Location: Regional Office, Mumbai
- Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech-Civil with 2-7 years of experience.
- Skills: Assisting Formwork Manager, formwork design, knowledge of AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and more.
7. Asst. / Manager – Tender
- Location: Regional Office, Mumbai
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech-Civil with 5+ years of experience.
- Responsibilities: Assisting Tender Department, working on costing, and more.
8. Human Resource – Generalist
- Location: Regional Office, Mumbai
- Qualification: MBA in HR with 1-5 years of experience.
- Responsibilities: Assisting HR Department, talent acquisition, training & development, grievance handling, and more.
9. Reinforcement Foreman
- Location: Multiple sites, Pan India
- Experience: 5-10 years in building projects.
- Responsibilities: Monitoring productivity, providing on-site workforce training, and improving formwork productivity.
10. Formwork Foreman
- Location: Multiple sites, Pan India
- Experience: 5-10 years in building projects.
- Responsibilities: BBS preparation, reinforcement laying, monitoring productivity, and more.
11. HSE – Manager
- Location: Regional Office, Mumbai
- Qualification: Dip./B.E/B.Tech-Civil & Dip. PG in Industrial Safety with 12+ years of experience.
- Responsibilities: Ensuring safety at work, risk assessment, safety plan development, and more.
12. Assistant – Accounts
- Location: Jodhpur Site
- Qualification: B.Com/M.Com with 1-3 years of experience.
- Responsibilities: Managing site expenses, vendor bills, payments, and financial compliance.
13. Assistant – Admin & HR
- Location: Jodhpur Site
- Qualification: Any graduate/MBA-HR/Admin with 1-5 years of experience.
- Responsibilities: Managing routine admin works, guesthouse, accommodation, and HR functions.
14. Camp Boss
- Location: Multiple sites
- Preferred: Ex-Army men with organizational and leadership skills.
