Required Skills and Qualifications
- BE or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify and certify contractor bills according to project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Bills of Quantities based on drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and prepare Daily Progress Reports and Daily Material Reports.
- Carry out quantity estimation and reconciliation of materials and completed work.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for accurate execution and billing.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth billing operations.
- Assist in preparing cost analysis reports and other project documentation.
- Maintain accurate records related to quantities, billing and project costs.
