Open Positions
Executive
- Positions: 05
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 1–5 Years
- Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per Month
- Experience in reporting management and plant operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Knowledge of Bitumen, Furnace Oil (FO), Emulsion, and Aggregate management.
- Experience in inventory management and material reconciliation.
- Understanding of plant safety procedures and compliance.
- Knowledge of SAP / ERP will be an added advantage.
Asphalt Plant Operator
- Positions: 05
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 5–7 Years
- Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per Month
- Experience in Asphalt Batching Plants is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with AMMANN and LINHHOFF Make Plants.
- Knowledge of plant operation, maintenance, and production activities.
- Ability to ensure smooth plant functioning and productivity.
- Experience in road construction projects will be preferred.
Helper
- Positions: 04
- Qualification: Illiterate / 10th Pass / Any Graduate
- Experience: 1–5 Years
- Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per Month
- Assist plant operations and maintenance activities.
- Support material handling and housekeeping activities.
- Follow safety instructions and operational guidelines.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Job Responsibilities
Executive – Key Responsibilities
- Maintain records and prepare reports using MS Excel.
- Monitor inventory and reconcile plant materials.
- Manage Bitumen, FO, Emulsion, and Aggregate stock.
- Ensure timely availability of materials as per project requirements.
- Follow plant operational procedures and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with project and plant teams for smooth operations.
- Utilize SAP / ERP systems for inventory and reporting functions.
