Job Summary
- Responsible for execution, supervision, and coordination of site activities
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects
Key Responsibilities
- Execution and supervision of dam and road project activities
- Manage site operations including earthwork, embankment, concreting, and pavement work
- Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, team members, and internal departments
- Monitor daily progress and prepare DPR/MPR reports
- Proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
- Implement safety practices and maintain compliance
- Handle measurement, billing support, and quantity estimation
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions
Key Requirement
- Experience in dam and road construction projects mandatory
- Strong knowledge of site execution and supervision
- Ability to manage team and site operations efficiently
