HMM Infra Limited is inviting applications for the position of Labour Contractor for its infrastructure and construction project sites.
Position:
1. Labour Contractor (Site Work)
- Industry: Infrastructure / Construction
- Location: Project Site (Multiple Locations)
Key Work Areas:
- Arrange skilled and unskilled labour for structural works
- Supervise and manage labour teams at construction sites
- Execute works including shuttering, steel fixing, concreting
- Handle PSC box girder casting, launching and erection, formwork
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and labour regulations
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors
- Monitor labour productivity, attendance, and wage distribution
- Arrange tools, equipment, and PPE for site work
Requirements:
- Experience in construction labour supply and management
- Capability in executing VUP, LUP, bridge, and viaduct works
Preferred:
- Experience in road, railway, bridge, excavation, and embankment projects
- Proven experience in handling large labour teams
