Experience
• 1–2 Years experience in Planning, Billing, or Project Controls
• Experience in Infrastructure / Highway / Bridge / EPC Projects preferred
Job Description
• Support Head Office Planning & Billing functions
• Assist in project scheduling and progress monitoring
• Coordinate with site teams to track project progress
Basic Knowledge & Responsibilities
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Primavera, and MS Project
• Quantity calculation and rate analysis
• MIS reports (Weekly Reports, DPR, MIS Reports)
• Basic knowledge of SAP / ERP systems
• Maintaining project documents (letters, drawings, etc.)
• Daily coordination with site teams

• Strong analytical and coordination skills
• Good communication skills
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Accuracy of billing quantities
• Timely submission of MIS reports
• Proper record and documentation maintenance
